Day 5: Exercises to Target Detoxification Jumping or rebounding, preferably on a trampoline, has special benefits regarding detoxification. It stimulates the lymph system, which is where the body stores unwanted debris, such as fats, bacteria, and other harmful materials. The lymph system relies solely on the body's movements to help filter this debris through the lymph nodes. So start with simple low impact jumps, preferably on a trampoline but if not, jumping rope, jumping jacks, or even hop scotch is great too. Keep it simple, no need to complicate, just do enough to break a sweat. Simple twists literally wring out your internal organs, helping your body remove unwanted toxins. Start laying on your back with arms extended out to the sides, bring your legs into your chest and bring your legs to one side and look in the opposite direction, then switch to the other side. Inhale as you lengthen your spine and exhale on the twist to release stagnant breath. Each of our internal organs has it's own energy signature and if one or more has stagnant energy or blockages then disease is possible. Stimulating your body through exercise will assist your body in removing toxins and detoxification.
