Q1: I’m 37 & wanting to get pregnant, what do you recommend to prepare my body?

Preparing your body for pregnancy is one of the most powerful things you can do—not just physically, but energetically too.

First, I would focus on supporting your body through a gentle detox protocol. We’re exposed to so much more than ever before, so creating a clean, balanced internal environment can make a big difference in helping your body feel supported and ready.

Second, I’d look into the Weston A. Price approach to nourishment. It’s deeply rooted in nutrient-dense, traditional foods that support fertility, hormone balance, and overall vitality. Shifting the way you eat can be incredibly impactful.

Beyond that, I’d focus on the basics:

  • reducing stress
  • getting sunlight and movement
  • prioritizing mineral-rich, whole foods
  • and really supporting your nervous system

It’s less about perfection and more about creating a strong, nourished foundation. I also have some detox recommendations on my website if you want to go deeper—linked below

Q2: What is your co-sleep setup?

Beø sleeps in between us and nurses throughout the night. It’s what feels most natural for us, and we both truly love it. There’s something so special about that closeness and connection.

Having already raised a 21-year-old, I know how quickly this season passes. It’s such a short window in the grand scheme of things, so I’m really just soaking it all in and enjoying every moment.

Q3: Please help with loose skin and stretch marks postpartum, I am devastated with my body

You are not alone in this, and what you’re experiencing is completely normal. I went through the same thing after my first baby at 25, and it’s actually what led me to create our Goddess Shaping Body Oil.

Your body has done something incredible, and now it just needs the right support to rebuild and restore. My Body Sculpting Kit is designed to help strengthen the skin and support elasticity so you can start feeling like yourself again.

If you’re breastfeeding, I recommend using Womb Wisdom Skin-Toning Oil instead of Goddess. Stay consistent with the ritual for 30 days, and you’ll start to feel a real shift—not just in your skin, but in your confidence too.

overall well-being, clean, potent, thoughtfully formulated skincare wins every time.

Q4: Managing anxiety during pregnancy? Am 20 weeks w/ my first, previous loss, over 40, IVF

For me, I made a very conscious decision early on that I wasn’t going to let anxiety or my past steal something I had waited almost 20 years to experience again.

Each day that passed, I felt more confident in that choice. I leaned into the things that grounded me: walking, working out, meditation, baths, and surrounding myself with positive energy. Those simple, daily rituals really helped quiet the “monkey mind” thoughts.

I also used my Golden Secrets Guidance Cards every day. They became a way for me to come back to the present, to stay where my feet were, and not spiral into fear. Just that small moment of intention each day made a big difference.

Q5: Did you take NIPT test when pregnant?

Yes, I did. It’s non-invasive and just a simple blood test, and they’re able to do it pretty early in pregnancy now. For me, it wasn’t about fear, it was about having clarity. Given my age and my history with pregnancy loss, I wanted that extra layer of reassurance so I could actually relax into the experience.

I had waited a long time for that pregnancy, and I didn’t want to spend it in anxiety or “what ifs.” The test gave me peace of mind and allowed me to be more present, to trust my body, and to truly enjoy every moment, which I really did.
