TOP 5 QUESTIONS
Q1: Can you start your Podcast/Youtube show again? I loved it.
Yes! I really hope to soon. Prior to the pandemic, I was shooting it in a production studio and unfortunately, since then it has shut down. I did a few interviews right in the middle of everything remotely but really hope to get back to it fully. Lately, I have been doing other people's podcasts, which I am really enjoying.
You can watch all the interviews HERE or listen HERE. All the other podcasts I have been doing are linked below.

Q2: What is the best way to apply the oils to my skin?
Damp! On damp skin, always. Especially if you tend to have dry or oily skin. The reason being is, that it best functions as a moisture seal. So if you apply to dry skin, yes you will get some hydration as it will soften the dead layers of the skin but if you apply to damp skin it will penetrate better and seal in all that moisture, making it even more potent.
Apply either immediately post-cleanse when the skin is still damp or better yet, mist the face with our Aura Beauty Mist, then apply your oil. This will lock in the moisture and give your skin an immediate plump, dewy, smooth look.

Q3: What is the #1 product you recommend starting with?
It depends on what your main concerns and skin goals are. We created a Skin Quiz that asks you a few simple questions regarding your individual skin type and skin goals and then recommends exactly which product(s) are best for you. Try it below!
We also created the Starter Glow Kit which is a great place to start your skin journey.

Q4: What is your exercise routine? Do you run?
I do not run anymore. There was a time after I didn't walk for a year of my life that I started running 5 miles a day. It was the first time I had ever run and was just so grateful that I could. My exercise routine is ever-evolving like everything else in my life. I go through phases based on the cycle that I am in. Right now, I am in a more chill phase. I really don’t push myself to extremes like I used to. I practice Pilates, yoga, ballet, and weight training to keep muscle on. I love walking, hiking, and stretching.
As long as I move my body every day, get my heart rate up, and stay mobile and subtle, I am happy. HERE is what a basic workout looks like for me.

Q5: Could you share before & afters of women over 40?
All of our testimonials, reviews, and before and afters are from real customers genuinely sharing their results. We hope to get more women over 40 (like me!) who want to share.
However, I am excited to share our latest campaign features, women, in their 50’s & 60’s, giving TGS a better representation of what we are all about. Follow our Instagram to see images from the campaign!
If you are over 40 we would love to see your before & afters. You can share by responding to this email or DMing us on Instagram.
