Q1: What products are good for scars?
Top 3 products for healing scars:
Heal All Oil has been investigated to show cell proliferation, wound healing, and increased collagen production by 10-40%! It aids in skin regeneration, helps reduce redness and inflammation through its anti-inflammatory properties, and supports the healing process while reducing the appearance of scars with its antioxidant activity. Plus, its moisturizing elements keep the scarred area hydrated, potentially leading to a softer, less prominent appearance. It's truly the holy grail for scare treatment.
Instant Glow Facial Mask has anti-inflammatory properties that reduce redness and swelling around scars, while its support for collagen production can aid in repairing damaged skin tissues. Lastly, it has moisturizing properties that help keep the skin hydrated, leading to softer-looking scars. I recommend using 2-3x per week until desired results are attained, then once per week for maintenance.
Sorceress Stone - Gua Sha's scraping action increases blood flow, delivering nutrients that aid in the healing process of scar tissue and encourage collagen production, which is essential for skin repair and scar reduction. It also stimulates lymphatic drainage, potentially reducing inflammation and swelling around the scar. On new scars, I recommend working the surrounding areas and on older scars you can gently massage directly on top.

Q2: Should I oil cleanse my face after working out?
If you perspire, which you should when working out, then yes, I do recommend you cleanse your face and, preferably, your whole body after sweating to wash away sweat, bacteria, impurities, and other debris, reducing the risk of clogged pores and potential skin infections. Cleansing properly helps maintain good skin hygiene and reduces the likelihood of breakouts or acne caused by sweat and bacteria.

Q3: Which of the TGS oils is best to use when in the sun?
We have three that I recommend depending on your skin type and goal. I also love mixing all three together!
1) Heal All Oil is an ancient island secret that has been demonstrated to protect against 85% of the DNA damage inflicted by the sun. I recommend applying before, during, and after outdoor exposure, including the hair. And if you use sunscreen, apply Heal All first as a protective layer.
2) Aphrodisiac Glow Oil is a natural instant bronzing oil that gives the skin an instant tint of color while restoring skin elasticity and increasing skin renewal. Unlike self-tanners, which, when worn in the sun, increase sun damage up to 180%!
3) Womb Wisdom Skin Toning Oil is an all-in-one oil that has many of the ingredients that make the other two oils above great for outdoor exposure, plus more potent ingredients that safeguard the skin from damage and create a protective barrier.

Q5: What products do you take internally that make a difference in your skin?
Pearl Powder I love using pearl powder internally and externally. It is known to brighten the skin from within, creating a radiant glow and minimizing hyperpigmentation.
Collagen - Collagen is the glue that holds everything together. I recommend taking it in combination with Vitamin C for optimal assimilation.
Vitamin E - Vitamin E is a major lipid-soluble antioxidant that scavenges free radicals and is generated by lipid peroxidation of polyunsaturated fats (PUFAs) and prevents oxidation, not only in skincare but in your body.
Vitamin C - Vitamin C aids in collagen production and antioxidant protection, brightening the skin from the inside out.
Spermidine - This is a less commonly known supplement that is quickly becoming all the rage for a variety of health benefits and anti-aging effects. For skin, it is said to have high antioxidant and moisturizing properties that help retain skin hydration and improve skin barrier function, resulting in smoother and more supple skin.
